is a wireless system that automatically collects usage information from new and old machines/equipment using IoT devices attached to the signal antenna. This collected data then helps you to visualize the real operation of the equipment involved, as well as plan their maintenance.

mcframe SIGNAL CHAIN can be used to monitor and analyze the operational status of manufacturing equipment. The Customizable Andon screen lets you see the whole operational status picture at a glance and enables you to re-align Andons according to the physical layout of equipment. This system is good for remote monitoring as well as for use on the shop floor.
Operation Management
With mcframe SIGNAL CHAIN solution, daily, weekly and monthly detailed management of operational data is possible, and you can visually check operational status with the provided pie and bar charts, timeline grid, and static data.
Analyzing and Reporting
Utilization and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data can be drilled down as much as 4 levels through the dashboard for index-based comparison by plant or line. KPI details screen visually displays the index of OEE and stoppages by division, enabling quick output of the result as a report. The ‘Register Operational Status’ function lets you analyze causes of stoppages without time-consuming calculations, utilizing Pareto chart output from Excel.

The calendar features a convenient reminder function, and accommodates daily routine checks as well as annual regular inspections. Designed to lessen the inspector’s workload, the inspection data entry screen accepts handwritten characters, photos and video clips; inspection report format can also be revised easily based on past inspections and reports of trouble.
Repair Management
The Repair List displays repair requests and their status, and you can search historic data of similar troubles to quickly determine countermeasures against problems. Also, overall cost of maintenance activities can be evaluated by adding replacement parts cost and man-hour data to the past record.
Equipment Management List
This is the starting place for the management of all maintenance-related information including maintenance methods, maintenance and asset data, locations, and manufacturers.
