mcframe MOTION

is a system that measures worker’s movements and postures using sensor type motion sensors, and then converts them into three-dimensional information used to improve certain work processes at manufacturing sites. Because the acquired data allow for quantitative analysis of movements and postures, the evaluator’s skills are not needed to ensure objective evaluations and these evaluations can be automatically carried out in a stress-free manner.

Convenient 3D analysis

mcframe MOTION offers a 3D model analysis feature which allows you to zoom the 3D model in/out, or move it up/down/left/right in order to quantitatively analyze its movement and posture from your desired viewpoint according to the distances and angles of the 3D model body joints.

Work quality guarantee

Measuring the number of times, time, order, etc., of reaching the work place and the place for tools and parts is easy with mcframe MOTION. The tool helps promote compliance with work procedure by identifying behavior that is inconsistent and analyzing differences between standard procedures; it also helps the user identify abnormal operation based on the evaluation of timing, frequency, distance travelled, etc., and suggest improvements which are necessary.

Accurate flow-line analysis

mcframe MOTION carries out flow line analysis by displaying the movement locus of the specified skeleton point in 3D space, while also calculating and displaying in real time, the movement distance. Flow-lines including walking paths, hand travel paths, as well as 3D trajectory can be determined visually and quantitatively.

Work load is evaluated based on work hours and load levels. mcframe MOTION enables work safety analysis through the comparison of the number of detected high-load conditions and the number of seconds with the standard. In this case, any results that exceed or diverge from the standard data can be regarded as a risk. The tool also uses index values such as hand height and joint angles to detect postures that put a strain on certain parts of a worker’s body such as the shoulders, waist, etc.
